First: Buyer Protection

  • If a purchased product is not received, or if the received product differs significantly in value from its description, the customer must notify Doknah Perfumes & Oud within 48 hours of receipt (or the expected delivery date in cases of non-delivery) so that the matter can be investigated.
  • Customers are required to inspect their orders upon delivery and ensure that the products are in good condition and match their order.
  • Orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are shipped within 2 to 7 business days through approved shipping companies. Shipment tracking is available through the shipping company's website.

Second: Privacy Policy

At Doknah, we place the utmost importance on your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only for the purposes outlined in this policy.

Information We Collect

  • When creating an account or placing an order, we may collect the following information: name, gender, email address, mailing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information.
  • This information is used to process orders, manage accounts, complete payments, improve the user experience, and communicate with customers regarding orders or promotions.
  • Names and addresses may be shared with shipping companies solely for the purpose of delivering orders.

Third: Membership Eligibility

  • Individuals whose memberships have been suspended are not permitted to register again.
  • Each individual or business entity may register only one account.
  • When registering on behalf of a business, the user confirms that they have the legal authority to do so.

Fifth: Purchases

  • Doknah reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order if discount codes or coupons are used outside the scope of the applicable terms and conditions, are misused, or if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If an order is canceled, the customer will be notified, and any amount paid will be refunded, where applicable.
  • Doknah strives to provide accurate product descriptions. If a discrepancy occurs, returns or exchanges may be requested in accordance with the applicable policy.

Sixth: Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Orders are shipped after successful payment has been completed.
  • Delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on the customer's location.
  • Orders are shipped through approved shipping companies, such as Aramex and Naqel. Doknah reserves the right to change the shipping provider when necessary.
  • Cash on delivery is available in selected cities within the Kingdom. Additional collection fees may apply, depending on the shipping company.
  • International shipping is subject to additional fees payable by the customer.
  • If an order cannot be delivered for a reason attributable to the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping fees incurred.

Seventh: Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Doknah Perfumes & Oud. No content may be used or copied without prior written permission.

Eighth: Disclaimer

  • This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over related disputes.

Current Offer: When customers purchase two perfumes, they receive two additional perfumes free of charge, of their choice.

Excluded Products: All bundles and gift sets, the Elite and Royal collections, musk oils, spray products, and incense.

  • Free shipping is available on orders with a total cart value of SAR 296 or more.
  • All promotional offers are valid for a limited time and are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
